On November 25, Yintai Group, in partnership with Qiantang Industrial Group, successfully won the bid for the QT020303-01 plot in the Dongbuwan New Town Unit, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, for a total consideration of RMB 664.24 million. Located in the core area of Dongbuwan New Town, south of the Urban Construction Cultural Center, the plot has a land area of 78,963 square meters.

As the core development engine of Qiantang District's "One Belt, Two Cities" strategy and a pivotal hub for the development of Hangzhou's headquarters economy, Dongbuwan New Town takes "Technology-Driven Urban Development, ?Industry Empowerment, and a Vibrant River Bay" as its development strategy, striving to build the Dongbu Bay Urban Science and Innovation City. Yintai Group will collaborate with Qiantang Industrial Group to develop a benchmark urban complex with a total GFA of over 400,000 square meters. Upon completion, the project is poised to become the “visual flagship” of Dongbuwan New Town and a “signature landmark” of Qiantang District, adding a new “engine of urban vitality” to eastern Hangzhou.
